‘I integrated myself with the elevated railway verge, designed by Jan Van Asperen (1895), between Antwerp Central Station and Berchem Station as a remark on Geert Bourgeois signing an agreement for the partial abolition of its protection. I used bags of flour to accentuate parts of the structure that were in a state of decay.’ PVW
